Boxing training
An energetic workout that builds your stamina, coordination and reaction speed. After a solid warm-up you’ll learn various boxing techniques which you’ll apply on a punchbag or with a partner. Bodypump

Booty & HIIT

The XCORE® Workout is led by an official XCO® trainer. This core training is effective, dynamic and fun! In just 45 minutes, you’ll train your muscles, connective tissue and overall fitness.
