Is it mandatory to wear a bathrobe, towels and slippers?
Wearing a bathrobe is mandatory in the restaurant and relaxation areas. For hygiene reasons, towels and slippers are also required. You may bring your own bathrobe, towels and slippers or you can arrange this at the reception upon arrival. The bathrobe and towels are for rent, the slippers are for sale.
Are there special swimwear days?
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is swimwear day at Zuiver. On this day it is mandatory to wear swimwear. On the other days swimwear is not allowed.
Are there special ladies and/or gentlemen's days?
There are no special ladies and / or men’s days, all days are mixed.
Do I have to pay prior to my visit?
You pay on departure. Upon arrival, you will receive a wristband to wear during your visit to the spa. This is also your digital wallet. Everything you use in the hospitality/beauty area will be scanned on your wristband. At the end of your visit, you can pay at the reception desk.
Is payment by credit card possible?
Yes, you can pay with credit card.

Can I go to the sauna if I am pregnant?
If you have a healthy pregnancy, you can use the sauna. However, if in doubt, we recommend that you contact your doctor. There are some facilities you cannot use. The infrared sauna, for instance, is not accessible to you because of its profound and intensive effect. In addition, it is not wise to use a plunge pool, aroma baths or a whirlpool because of the risk of infection. To cool down, it is best to use a cold shower.
What is the minimum age for visiting the spa?
Everyone is welcome in our spa from the age of 18, if in doubt we can ask for proof of identity.
Are there lockers available?
Zuiver has sufficient lockers. You will receive a wristband from us which you can use to open the locker. This is also your digital wallet. Everything you use in the restaurant/beauty is scanned on your wristband. After your visit you can pay at the reception.
Is the use of a cell phone, tablet or laptop allowed in the spa?
The use of a cell phone, tablet, laptop or other electronic devices in the spa is not allowed due to the privacy of our guests. The taking of photographs and/or film recordings is strictly prohibited.
Does Zuiver have its own parking lot?
You can park on the grounds of Zuiver. The parking fee per hour is € 3,00.
Is it possible to charge an electric car at Zuiver?
We have four parking spaces to charge electric cars.
Is the spa accessible for disabled people and/or wheelchair users?
n the spa there are many stairs if you have difficulty walking you should take this into account. There is an elevator which takes you to the dressing rooms and the beauty department. Our spa facilities are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Is there a special discount if I visit the spa on my birthday?
There is no special discount at this time.
Are you closed during certain weather conditions?
In principle, Zuiver is open 7 days a week. If we are faced with extreme weather conditions (eg thunderstorms) it may happen that spa facilities are closed for the safety of our guests. In this situation, there will be no refund.
Do you have a private spa?
Zuiver does not have a private spa. All facilities are open to all visitors.
Vouchers and coupons
I am in possession of a voucher. Can I show this voucher/voucher on my mobile phone?
Yes, it is possible to scan this voucher/voucher from your phone at our reception.
Can I hand in my Vakantieveilingen ticket after the expiry date?
All tickets with an expiration date after March 1, 2020 can be redeemed until June 1, 2021. Of course, this only applies to tickets that have not yet been redeemed. Redemption takes place when you have entered our spa.
Do you offer packages with hotel stays?

Are there any reservation costs?
If an arrangement or entrance is reserved through our website, this reservation is free of charge. If a reservation is made by phone without treatment(s), we charge a €5 reservation fee.
Does my reservation include a sun bed?
Sunbeds are not part of the reservation and are therefore not included in your visit. You can use an available sun bed for free. Of course we try to make as many sunbeds available as possible.
Is it possible to reserve a treatment or massage upon arrival?
This depends on availability. If you want to be sure of a treatment, we recommend you book in advance.
Can I make a reservation for a group?
Currently it is not possible to book with a group.
Is it necessary to make a reservation?
Due to all measures, it is currently mandatory to make a reservation online or by phone.
Vouchers & Tickets
I want to visit the spa, are all facilities open?
All our facilities are open, we have a maximum number of guests for our facilities. Before entering the saunas and baths you can see on the stickers how many guests can take place. The shower facilities are also open.
Can I turn in my Vakantieveilingen/Social Deal ticket after the expiration date?
All tickets with an expiration date after March 1, 2020, can be turned in until June 1, 2021. Of course, this only applies to tickets that have not yet been redeemed. Redemption takes place when you have entered our spa with the respective voucher.
I am in possession of a Vakantieveilingen/Social Deal voucher but I am unable to make a reservation.
We work daily with limited availability, we also receive a maximum number of guests with a voucher. When the maximum number of guests with a voucher reservation has been reached, we cannot receive any more guests with a voucher for that day. It is then not possible to make a reservation for this day. We have therefore extended the validity of all vouchers with an expiration date after March 1, 2020, the vouchers are redeemable until June 1, 2021. We, therefore, recommend that you make a reservation in advance to ensure that you can visit our spa on the day of your choice.
How do I know if my voucher has not been redeemed yet?
Your voucher will be scanned upon arrival and thus redeemed, we recommend that you remove a used voucher after your visit.

Do you also have duo treatments?
Only the Hammam ritual takes place in the same room.
Can I indicate whether I want to be treated by a man or a woman?
Unfortunately this is not possible.
I will come later than the time indicated, is this possible?
Your treatment is scheduled in advance in the time indicated in the reservation. Therefore, please inform us in time if you will be present at a later time. You can do this by phone or email.
Do you sell gift cards?
It is possible to buy a gift voucher at the reception of Zuiver. It is also possible to buy e-tickets via the website (payment via Ideal or credit card). You will receive the e-ticket by e-mail immediately after payment.
Do you also accept other gift certificates, such as the national sauna voucher or vvv voucher?
We only accept our own Zuiver gift certificates and the Nationale Sauna & wellness gift card.
Can I redeem my gift certificate later than the date on it?
If you send an e-mail to email@example.com, we can extend the gift card for you. Entrance vouchers and discount vouchers cannot be renewed.
Food & Drinks
Are own consumptions allowed?
It is not allowed to bring your own refreshments during your visit to Zuiver. We welcome you in the restaurant or in the relaxation room.
Do you have gluten free dishes?
We have gluten free dishes. You can indicate this on the day of booking in the restaurant.
I have a food allergy, can I have lunch or dinner at Zuiver?
Please indicate your allergy to the staff, they will work with our chef to see what possibilities exist for you.
