Cross Training
In dit gevarieerde trainingsprogramma worden functionele bewegingen zoals rennen, tillen, duwen, trekken, springen en klimmen met hoge intensiteit uitgevoerd. Het lichaam wordt getraind op een breed spectrum van onder andere kracht, snelheid, uithoudingsvermogen, mobiliteit en balans. De lessen zijn uitdagend, maar tegelijkertijd geschikt voor alle niveaus.
Cross Training Basics
Deze basistraining bestaat uit een cyclus van 60-minuten lessen waarin de fundamentele bewegingen worden uitgelegd, voorgedaan, geoefend en gecorrigeerd. Vervolgens wordt alles door middel van een workout in de praktijk gebracht. Het doel is om in een kleine groep op beginnersniveau de basis van Cross Training onder de knie te krijgen.
Cross Training Advanced
De Cross Training variant die bedoeld is voor gevorderden. Door de hogere intensiteit wordt deze training voor iedere doorgewinterde crosstraining enthousiasteling een heerlijke uitdaging. Het gehele arsenaal aan oefeningen wordt op gevorderd niveau doorlopen onder professionele begeleiding.
