Corona update – Hotel & Wellness ZUIVER

We are pleased to inform you that we will reopen our doors to spa and hotel guests starting June 5, 2021. Our team is ready to make your stay unforgettable. Everything will be dedicated to rest and relaxation in a safe environment. Enjoy all the spa facilities again, take a seat in our restaurant, enrich your stay with a wonderful massage and enjoy a wonderful spa day as usual!

Important information

The health and safety of both our guests and our staff are of paramount importance to us. If you have any complaints which, according to the guidelines of the RIVM, could indicate corona, we ask you to stay at home and observe the measures. We also ask our employees to do the same. 1.5 meter distance

We keep a distance of 1.5 meters. We keep it and we ask our guests to do the same. Wherever possible, we indicate this distance in our hotel and beauty center by means of signposts and indicator boards.

Face masks

A face mask is required when moving in all indoor areas, such as in our reception hall, the spa, and when moving in our restaurant. Will you be enjoying a wonderful massage or body treatment in our beauty center? There too, wearing a mouth mask is mandatory. During a facial treatment in our beauty center, outside and in our baths you can of course remove the mask.

Which facilities will be open on 5 June?

All spa facilities are open again from 5 June. Our terrace, restaurant and beauty salon will also be open according to our opening hours.

I have a voucher from e.g. Vakantieveilingen or Social Deal, how long is this voucher still valid?

All vouchers are valid for 3 months after the reopening. This means that you can redeem the voucher until September 5, 2021.

Is the hotel open?

Yes, our hotel will be open again 7 days a week from 5 June 2021. You can choose a single room or a hotel package.

Do I have to make a reservation?

Yes, this is mandatory. This is to ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff and to be able to regulate our guest numbers. Without a reservation we cannot grant you access to our resort. Please note that we have limited availability so book early!

Why do I have to specify a mandatory arrival and departure time?

We have a mandatory arrival and departure time so that we can regulate our guest numbers and ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff. Therefore, we ask that you arrive at the designated arrival time and leave our resort at the departure time you specify when making your reservation.

Do you still use swimwear days?

Yes, from Tuesday to Thursday we have swimwear days. On these days it is mandatory to wear swimwear.
