Are bathrobes,towels and slipper mandatory?
It is mandatory to wear a bathrobe in the restaurants and relax area’s. Towels are not permitted in the restaurants. To maintain our hygiene standards the use of towels and slippers are mandatory during your visit to the spa. You can rent bathrobes and towels at the reception desk (€13,50). Slippers are for sale (€6,50). It is also permitted to bring your own bathrobe, towels and slippers.

Are there special swimwear days? Or days only for women?
Every Tuesday and Thursdays are swimwear days. During the school holidays these days are busier than normal. All other days are without swimwear and mixed (male/ female). It is not permitted to wear swimwear on these days. There are no special days only for women.  
Attention: 26 December, (2nd Christmas day) swimwear is not allowed.

Do I have to pay in advance? 
The payment occurs after your visit to the spa. Everything you consume within the spa is scanned onto a wristband. 

Can I pay with creditcard?
Yes, you can pay with creditcard

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks. Our restaurants and relax area’s offer food and beverages.  

I have lost something in the spa?
If you have lost an item please contact our service centre via Zuiver cannot be held accountable for missing items or theft of personal property. Furthermore Zuiver is not responsible for any harm or damage done to persons and/ or property. 

What are the opening hours on public/ national holidays?
The spa of Zuiver is closed and/ or maintains different opening hours on the following days in 2017:
27 April: closed
13 December: open till 18:30
24 December: open till 18:30
25 December: closed
31 December: open till 18:30
1 January: closed

What is the minimum age to visit the spa?
The minimum age in the spa is 16 years old. 

Do you have lockers?
Yes, there are sufficient lockers available. When you check in you receive a wristband which can be used to activate the lockers.

Can I use my mobile telephone/ tablet/ laptop in the spa?
This is not permitted due to the privacy of our other guests. Taking photographs or video’s is strictly forbidden.

Is Spa Sport Hotel ZUIVER easily accessible by public transport?
Buses 170, 172 and 174 stop close to Zuiver. The busstop is called Koenenkade. From here it is a 5 minute walk. 

Is it possible to take part in the loyly sessions?
Everyday there are loyly’s available. The times are: 11.30, 13.00, 14.30, 16.00, 18.00, 19.30 and 21.00. The loyly’s are only permitted to be undertaken by our sauna masters. It is not permitted for guests to pour water or scented oils on the heaters.

Is it possible to park near Spa Sport Hotel Zuiver and what are the costs?
Zuiver offers parking on its own property. The hourly rate is €2,10. After the first hour you pay €0,70 per 20 minutes. 
Free parking is available at the Bosbaan, approximately 5 minutes walk from Zuiver.

Is personal grooming permitted?
Personal grooming such as brushing teeth, shaving ,etc. is not permitted.

Is smoking permitted at Spa Sport Hotel Zuiver?
Smoking is not permitted, with exception of the designated smoking areas located outside. 

Are there area’s where silence is required?
To ensure all guests can relax, silence is desirable within all the facilities. It is clearly stated in which facilities silence is necessary.

Are shampoo, showergel and scubbinggels available in the spa?
Yes, these are available and free of charge. 

How do you deal with abusive and disruptive behaviour?
Abusive behaviour (verbal and non-verbal) and sexual harassment is not tolerated. Guests who do not abide by these rules will be asked to leave Zuiver, after payment, immediately.  

Is the Spa accessible to guests with a disability and / or in a wheelchair?
There are lifts available between the reception, changing rooms and beauty department. However, keep in mind the Spa has a lot of stairs and steps.

Are there sunbeds available?
The spa has 4 sunbeds. You can use these without a reservation. The costs are €10 for 10 minutes. 

Can I use the sauna facilities whilst pregnant? 
In the case of a healthy pregnancy, you can use the sauna facilities. However, it is recommended you contact your doctor/ midwife prior to your visit. There are a number of facilities which you should not use whilst pregnant: the infrared sauna, plunge baths, aromabath and whirlpools. To cool down you are best to use a cold shower. Make sure to listen to your body.
