A freestyle cycling program to music where you face your personal challenge in a progressive manner. Spinning (also called indoor cycling) is a popular group lesson accessible to anyone. During a spinning lesson the following muscle groups are trained:

- Upper leg muscles
- Calves
- Lower back muscles
- Butt muscles

Furthermore, this lesson is very suitable for those who would like to lose weight or increase their stamina. Most spinners notice the difference after only a few lessons. The group lesson Spinning takes place on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
