RPM at Zuiver in Amsterdam is an indoor cycling workout during which you cycle to the rhythm of powerful music. Get on 'course'  with an inspiring instructor who leads you across hills, through valleys, over mountain tops, in time trials and interval training sessions. Heighten your endorphin levels and sweat and burn as much as possible.

What does an RPM lesson at Zuiver look like?

Follow the instructor on the course, with the help of motivational music, at different speeds.

1.         Warming-up: At the beginning of the lesson the tempo is slow and the resistance low .

2.        Speed and intensity increase. You slowly work your way to top speed. Your climbing muscles are warmed up for the climbs you're about to face. During the time trials your endurance is tested. You are given some time to rebuild your energy so that you can get ready for the next challenge

3.         The end of the RPM lesson is all about recovery and stretching of the muscles. This limits the stiffness of your muscles afterwards.
