Body pump

Want to get into shape quickly? We have the perfect training for you at Fitness Zuiver. Body Pump is a full body workout in which you use a bar and weights to work on all muscle groups. The level of intensity of the training can be determined by everyone individually by playing around with the weights used. Body pump is aimed at muscle strengthening, slimming down and retaining muscle mass.

Suitable for everybody

Body Pump is a group lesson that is accessible to anyone. You do not have to possess a certain conditioning level or stamina. There alse aren't any health criteria that have to be met in order to participate in this lesson. Under the guidance of professional instructors, all exercises are explained calmly and clearly so that you can understand them easily. Furthermore, you decide how much weight to use during the lesson.


Each exercise is performed with motivational music in the background. This ensures you'll try even harder during this fun group lesson. However, this does not mean you'll need to know specific dance moves.
