How do we deal with the corona virus?

Good news! Our spa facilities will remain open for both day guests and hotel guests. Concretely, this means that you can still enjoy a wonderful wellness day at Zuiver 7 days a week. Although in a modified form and with limited availability. Nevertheless, Zuiver will do everything in its power to provide you with an unforgettable wellness day, even in these times.

Is the spa open?

Yes, our spa is open 7 days a week. To be able to comply with all the rules we apply custom house rules and there is limited availability. It is, therefore, possible that there is no availability when you try to make a reservation. In that case, we advise you to choose another date.

Is the restaurant open?

During the press conference on October 13th, Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced several measures relating to the hospitality industry. Therefore, as of October 15th, our spa restaurant will be closed for day guests. From this date, it is no longer possible to have lunch or dinner in our spa. However, it is possible to complete your spa day with a beauty treatment. Because our beauty salon is open every day you can still enjoy a complete wellness day.

Is the hotel open and what can I use?

As a result of the press conference of 13 October 2020, we receive a lot of questions about what the measures mean for hotel guests. We would like to let you know that our catering and spa facilities will remain open for hotel guests. So you can still enjoy the ultimate wellness experience at Zuiver.

I have a voucher or gift card, can I still use it?

Yes, you can still use your voucher or gift card to visit Zuiver.

Do you work with time slots?

Yes, when making a reservation you need to choose an available arrival time. Based on your choice, your departure time will be calculated. We, therefore, ask you to stick to these times. This way, Zuiver can let everyone enjoy a spa visit in a safe and responsible way.

Can I bring my own food?

No, it is not allowed to consume your own food in our spa.

I have booked an arrangement with lunch or dinner, what now?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to have lunch or dinner as a day guest. But fortunately, there is much more possible at Zuiver! During the check-in, we will look together with you at how we can arrange your ultimate wellness day. We will convert the reservation according to your wishes.
